Skin health is important.
I haven’t always been as diligent as I should when it comes to skin health.
Many guys treat this as an afterthought.
Women are typically better at taking care of their skin than men.
But this is changing.
Men are now making skin health a higher priority.
Having nice skin makes a HUGE difference in the way your body appears.
It plays a major factor in attraction.
Don’t underestimate this.
Here are 8 things you can do to keep your skin looking incredible.
1. Cover Your Face in the Sun: Vitamin D is essential for our health, but I’d recommend being extra careful about how much you expose your face to the sun. I neglected this for a long time but getting better at covering my face.
2. Use Red Raspberry Seed Oil: This oil not only provides natural UV protection it also contains antioxidants and essential fatty acids. This contributes to a healthy, radiant complexion.
3. Explore “Grounding”: Grounding involves walking barefoot outdoors. I know this one seems out there, but there has been at least one study showing that grounding improves facial blood flow. More research is necessary but preliminary studies seem promising.
4. Pine Bark Extract: Pine bark extract is one of the most potent antioxidants, helping to combat free radicals and aging. Great for blood flow too. It’s one of the key ingredients in Kino Nitro.
5. Collagen Protein: Collagen is the building block of youthful skin. The more collagen your skin has, the younger it looks and is less likely to wrinkle. Kino Collagen is an excellent source of this essential protein and should give you a more youthful appearance.
6. Intermittent Fasting: When you give your digestive system a break, your body can focus on repair and rejuvenation, leading to improved skin health.
7. Drink Plenty of Water: Staying hydrated helps flush out toxins and keeps the skin supple. Alcohol does the opposite thing, so when you want to look your best, limit booze.
8. Skip the Weed: Weed can create tired eyes and bags under the eyes. Clear whites in the eyes are a sign of good health, so it’s wise to minimize the use of weed if you want to maintain a youthful appearance.
(Bonus Tip) Avoid Cocaine: This is a strange tip, I know, but cocaine has really surged in popularity in the past couple of years. An ingredient mixed into 80% of cocaine being sold on the streets can kill skin cells and can lead to reddish-brown patches on the skin. Cocaine also slows the rejuvenation of the skin and can create a condition of “skin necrosis” (literally dead skin).
You really do want to take care of your skin.
If it gets extremely damaged or neglected, there’s no going back.
The earlier you make it a priority, the better.
