Not trying to sound like a broken record.
But are you walking enough?
It’s one of the best ways to get lean once your diet is dialed in.
Beyond that, it is a killer health habit.
I walked a ton last night.

*I had a heavy meal earlier in the day, so I figured I’d increase my activity level a bit to match it.
I don’t view walking as a chore at all.
It’s almost like a form of meditation…
And you will mentally feel better by going outside and getting those steps in.
Best of all, it keeps you healthy.
There’s a 100+ page document called “Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans”.
They use data from a 1 million-person meta-analysis.
One of the things they found was that if you sit for your job all day, it IS possible to overcome these negatives of sitting if you walk enough.
Here’s the chart from this document.

*The longer you sit during the day, the more important it is to get those steps in.
They found people should aim for 150-300 minutes per week of activity to be healthy.
If you sit a lot.
The recommendation is to aim for that 300-minute per week goal.
That is about 45 minutes per day.
I recommend you go a bit higher than that if you want to get shredded.
But averaging 45 minutes per day would be a bare minimum.
You don’t have to get these steps in all at once.
There are probably things you are doing now that you can do while walking.

I like to make calls, record videos, and respond to comments on my Instagram account while walking outside.
Walking is also a great time to listen to some Tolle…
“Practicing the Power of Now.”
You will get some of your best ideas when you are out walking.
I think it puts your brain into a more creative state.
My advice is to dial in your diet.
