Christians Bale’s Secret Weapon to Transform His Body

So how is it that some of these actors just get crazy transformations?

You have the guys who add muscle and get lean for a movie.

That is somewhat impressive.

But Christian Bale is f*ckn next level!

What he does is harder than getting in amazing shape.

Here’s a prime example…

What he did in The Machinist.

*Christian Bale got down to 120 pounds for The Machinist (2004). On the right, he is pictured just one year later for Batman Begins (2005) and is about 65 pounds heavier.

I obviously don’t recommend what he did in The Machinist.

But very few people would be able to accomplish this.

  • He ate an apple a day.
  • Ocassionally had half a can of tuna.
  • Smoked cigarettes and drank coffee.

He was able to override his cravings.

Almost a superpower to do it to this extreme level.

He has used this superpower to achieve ANY look the movie role required.

I thought he looked his best in American Psycho.

*How can he go through such extreme transformations?

How is he able to do this?

Because he BECOMES the character that does that.

A top ten actor in the world is very good at this.

I want to teach you this.

You might not be on Christian Bale’s level but…

I’m going to teach you this skill set.

When you can attach your mind and your mental reality to what you want?

Things are so f*cking easy.

It’s easy to become lean, strong, and powerful once you become that person in your mind.

The body simply follows.

This is what we are covering in some of my first upcoming calls in the new Kino coaching group…
