Kino Tips for Eating Out

No, not that type of “eating out”.

Get your mind out of the gutter.

I’ll save those tips for if my business goes south.

Like if I have to start a Kino Fans account.

With these moves, you know I’d build a huge subscriber base of middle-aged housewives, LMAO.

Alright…

So here’s exactly what I eat when going out to dinner.

This allows me to stay lean and stong.

First thing I do is I don’t order any appetizers.

Even the healthy appetizers are usually loaded with butter and oil.

A lot of salads have like 400-500 calories.

I go for an Old Fashioned instead.

This is such a great cocktail.

  • Blunts Hunger
  • Boosts Mood
  • Feels Great
  • Only 150-200 Calories

For the main meal?

I’ll order a 14-ounce New York Striploin with a potato.

You are getting a very filling meal.

Protein from the meat and carbs from the potatoes.

You are getting exactly what you expect.

A 1,200 calorie meal.

It will keep you far more full than trying to order the “healthy” stuff.

Too many hidden calories in those dishes.

P.S.

I know this isn’t the cheapest meal.

But with the Kinobody approach, you aren’t eating breakfast.

So you are saving $5-$10 there.

And if you eat Greek Yogurt, Kino Collagen, and a banana for lunch, like I recommend?

You are probably saving $5+ here each day.

Put all that savings towards a fancier dinner.

Even if it is just once per week…

I recommend having at least one night a week where you go to a nice steakhouse.

Because being in a fancy environment simply feels good.

I actually think it programs your subconscious mind to believe this is what you deserve.

It motivates you to work harder to make this more of a regular thing.

Seriously, try it, and I bet you will notice a shift in your mind.
