I wanted to share with you my go-to lunch.
It never fails to deliver when it comes to getting rid of any excess body fat.
Summer is almost here, so if you want to sharpen up, I highly recommend trying this for the next month or two.
Because it will get you shredded quickly.
Here’s what my daily shred bowl looks like:
- 1 cup of 2% plain Greek yogurt: This adds about 150 calories and a little over 20 grams of protein.
- 1 scoop of Kino Collagen: This not only enhances the taste, making it like chocolate pudding, but also adds another 80 calories and 18 grams of protein.
- 1 sliced banana: A perfect complement that takes the taste to another level.
- Take Mojo capsules with this meal to power up testosterone.
All of this comes together to make an incredible meal that’s only 350 calories.
And if you want to make it a bit more filling, you can add a 250-calorie rice crispy or a croissant.
This brings your total to just 600 calories for your first meal of the day.
So easy to get shredded when you go into dinner with plenty of steps and only 600 cals.
This is working extremely well for me.

This is the best I’ve looked at this weight.
I’ve been training consistently 3 days per week for the past 4 months.
When maximizing muscle is the goal, 3 days per week is the way to go.
I attribute a lot of my recent progress to a few things.
- Fasting the first 5 hours of each day

- 400 cal deficit, eating 2,300-2,500 calories, 5 days per week.
- Eating at or slightly above 2,800 calorie maintenance on weekends.
- Getting stronger at key lifts
- Getting 12k steps each day
