[LINK]Warrior Shred Protocol[LINK]: 8 weeks to slice off 10 lbs of pure fat, add dense muscle, and boost testosterone by 100-200 points.

I also wanted to introduce myself quickly in this email.

My name is Greg O’Gallagher.

I’ve been running a brand called Kinobody for the past 10+ years.

If I were to summarize my methods in a few bullet points…

  • 2-3 brief workouts per week
  • Fasting for the first 5 hours after waking up
  • Focusing on key lifts to build broad shoulders and V-taper
  • 10,000+ daily steps
  • Balanced macros for high T levels

I didn’t always train like this.

I started lifting when I was 14.

For 4+ years, I trained hard 5-6 days per week in the gym.

I’d lift weights for an hour.

Then, I’d follow that up with HIIT or intense cardio.

Here’s a picture of me at 18, about 4 years after I got serious about lifting weights.

*I was bummed when I saw this picture. I was training and dieting so hard, and you couldn’t even see my abs. In my mind, I looked better than this.

Looking back…

I was doing so many things wrong.

I have no doubt my testosterone levels were terrible back then and cortisol levels were through the roof.

I want guys to avoid making these same mistakes.

This is why I created the free Warrior Shred mini course.

And over the next week or so, I’m going to send a short email each day highlighting a key point.

For tomorrow?

Look for an email titled…

[Warrior Shred] Exactly How to Gain Muscle & Lose Fat

It’s likely that you are doing way too many sets in your workout to gain muscle.

Or your diet is too aggressive when it comes to losing body fat.

Ironically this combo of workout and diet can send your cortisol through the roof.

And f*ck up your testosterone levels.

I’ll address all this in tomorrow’s email.

Talk Soon,

Greg O’Gallagher

I was pretty naive when I first started lifting weights.

I knew that actors would take pharmaceuticals to get lean for movie roles.

I just didn’t realize the extent of it.

So when I tried to train like them, 5-6 days per week, while dieting hard, I was setting myself up for failure.

You can’t get results matching these actors’ training routines without the drugs they’re on.

Gyms are filled with guys who are naive like I used to be.

They are stuck following routines inspired by drug-enhanced actors and athletes.

In this “Warrior Shred” email series
