With tirzepatide and drugs like it going mainstream, getting lean is becoming something almost anyone can do.
In fact, a ton of people have already been microdosing tirzepatide with the Kino Clinic.
This shifts the game entirely.
Leanness alone is no longer the status symbol it once was.
What’s going to separate the top 1% going forward is muscle… specifically, the right 15 pounds of it built in the right places.
Henry Cavill came into Man of Steel off the back of Immortals, where he was around 175 lbs and seriously lean.

So how did he add enough muscle to play a convincing Superman?
The classic bulk-then-cut approach.
He spent months eating up to 5,000 calories a day, training hard, and packing on size.
By the time the scale hit 200+ lbs, he wasn’t carrying 200 lbs of pure muscle.
He was carrying fat too, which is exactly what happens when you bulk.

Then, as filming approached, he went into a brutal 6-week cut.
Calories dropped to around 1,500 per day. The fat came off.
And when the dust settled, he was sitting at 190 lbs with a net gain of roughly 15 lbs of muscle.
The result? The dense, powerful, commanding Superman physique.
But he made the classic mistake.
Bulk up, get soft, then white-knuckle your way through a brutal cut just to uncover the muscle underneath.
It works, it’s just the worst possible way to do it.
There’s a better way…
Start lean, stay lean, and add the right muscle in the right places without ever going through a brutal cut to find it again.
I have a powerful muscle building protocol.

To maximize muscle growth with a system I call Peak Response Training
I just like to do this for 3-4 months per year.
It’s 4 workouts instead of 3… 3 is my bread and butter
I’m personally going to begin using it soon, and I want to share this routine with you.
Tomorrow I’m spotlighting one of my best stacks, and I’m pairing it with the exact protocol I use for this phase as a free bonus.
More details tomorrow.
Talk Soon,
