The 2 Biggest Bang for Your Buck Supplements

If I had to pick the two supplements that give you the most for the money, it would be Kino Mojo and Kino Gains.

Here’s why…

1. Kino Mojo

Testosterone is the master hormone for men.

When total and free T are optimized, you get strong on the key lifts and the body transforms. You also get more energy, assertiveness, and confidence.

Kino Mojo covers the whole Testosterone formula: Tongkat Ali, forskolin, boron, magnesium, zinc, D3, and K2.

Optimizing testosterone should be a top priority for every man.

*Kyle’s testosterone went from 360 to 867 (500+ increase) on Mojo.

Tongkat Ali is dosed at 400 mg.

In one study[1], 200 mg of Tongkat Ali increased testosterone by 37%. In another study[2], 400 mg raised free testosterone 61%.

Boron is dosed at 10 mg.

In a study[3] on boron supplementation, free testosterone was up 28%, and estradiol came down.

*A 66-year-old boosted total T from 359 to 1069 (700+ increase), and his free T went up by 10X after 9 months on Mojo.

A later review[4] tied boron to lower inflammatory markers too, which matters because chronic inflammation suppresses T.

Forskolin is the body-comp piece.

A 12-week study[5] on it showed about 10 pounds of fat lost, and free testosterone went up.

Magnesium, zinc, D3, and K2 are the base. Most guys are low on at least two of those, and they are what the hormone system runs on.

Guys taking Mojo who actually get blood work typically see a 20 to 30% jump in testosterone.

But we definitely see some guys who double or even triple their T levels.

*Johnny’s testosterone went from 340 to 794 (450+ increase) on Mojo.

That is why this is the first bottle I would keep if I had to strip the cabinet down.

2. Kino Gains

Kino Gains is creatine HCL plus betaine.

Creatine HCL is almost 40 times more soluble than monohydrate, so it loads into the muscle instead of sitting under the skin.

You get the strength without the puff.

Betaine works with the HCL.

In one study[6], the betaine group got about 10 extra reps on bench and leg press to failure. One or two more per set.

A meta-analysis[7] on betaine came out to 5.5 pounds more lean and 5.5 pounds less fat.

Mojo puts more usable testosterone in the system. Gains helps with strength and muscle volume.

Take both for a synergistic effect.

You start hitting PRs, feel more confident, and the body starts looking chiseled because you’re adding muscle and losing fat simultaneously.

I personally take more than two supplements.

If I could only choose two, these would be first.
