Kino Gains is Almost Sold Out (Going Fast)

We’re selling out of Kino Gains.

The capsules are already gone.

The powder is still up, but we only have a limited amount left.

If you subscribe, we set aside enough so you get a bottle every month and never run out.

I have been talking about this formula for the past few days, so here is why I stay on it.

Kino Gains is creatine HCL plus Betaine.

We don’t use creatine monohydrate in Gains.

Large single doses of creatine monohydrate can cause GI water retention and diarrhea because the creatine that stays unabsorbed is osmotically active in the intestine.

Creatine HCL dissolves faster, and you take less of it, so you skip that.

That is why guys display more muscle definition on HCL.

I used to cycle off monohydrate when I wanted to look aesthetic, and I do NOT cycle off Gains.

Betaine works with the HCL.

In one study[1], the betaine group got about 10 extra reps across 5 sets of bench and leg press to failure (roughly 2 more reps per set).

And a meta-analysis[2] on betaine came out to about 5.5 pounds more lean mass and 5.5 pounds less fat.

You get the extra strength and muscle size without looking puffy.

This is the creatine I stay on year-round because HCL skips the gut bloat and betaine helps with the extra reps and the recomp.

Subscribe while the powder is still available.
