About a week ago, Dr. Mike Israetel put up a short on YouTube titled Most Adults Should Take Tirzepatide.
I don’t always agree with Dr. Mike.
But he makes a strong case for Tirzepatide, and I posted a response video on Instagram.

Here’s exactly what he said.
“Most adults should be on tirzepatide. It’s better for most people to be on tirzepatide than not on tirzepatide. The drug is antidiabetic. It reduces whole-body inflammation. It reduces neural inflammation. It’s not a panacea, but it’s close. It is a health elixir. I say this all the time, I get shit for it all the time, I will not be shutting the fuck up about it until and unless science proves me wrong.”
Mike is actually correct here.
You can Google Dr. Daniel Drucker. He was one of the researchers from the 1980s that was foundational to GLP-1s.
He recently wrote a paper on the broadband health benefits that happen on GLP-1s that cannot be explained by weight loss alone.
He also won the 2025 Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences award for his work on GLP-1s.

He shared the $3 million prize with four other scientists.
Tirzepatide is not a fad diet drug.
The science behind it is moving fast, and it is pointing at the same thing Mike said.
This pathway is bigger than fat loss…
Signaling the GLP-1 pathway creates broadband health benefits. It is cardioprotective, and it improves metabolic health markers beyond weight loss.
The main thing is you have to get the dose right.
If you do too much, you’ll get GI side effects. If you’re not eating enough, that can be a massive problem.
When you get the dose right, tirzepatide is simply incredible.

I set up Kino Clinic for this exact thing.
Low-dose tirzepatide, compounded by a licensed pharmacist. $179 a month.
Fill out a quick online form, a licensed physician reviews it, and if approved, your medication arrives within 3-5 business days.
