I’ve noticed a pattern with guys who build impressive physiques.
They don’t gain muscle evenly throughout the year.
They tend to have intense, focused periods of 3-4 months where they pack on 5-10 pounds of muscle.
I’m not sure why it happens like this.
I think it is because your body prefers homeostasis.
In order for your body to grow and add muscle, you need to give it a reason to add this muscle mass… you need periods where you push HARD.
*Your body is not going to change with a f*ckn half-ass effort either.
You can’t pish-posh your way to a downright chiseled physique.
There needs to be a 3-4 month period where EVERY workout is a competition with yourself.
You must beat your previous bests in key lifts each workout.
No room for failure.
And you need to lift with aggression.
If you have been training for a while and are lacking muscle, it is probably due to the fact that you haven’t gone through a 3-4 month “muscle building blitz”.
I have designed a supplement stack specifically for this purpose.
The Superhero Stack is designed to smash plateaus and pack on muscle.
- Kino Octane – Gives you energy and intense focus without a crash. This is the type of energy needed to smash your personal records each and every workout.
- Kino Gains – Our new creatine formula will add volume to your muscle cells without bloat like creatine monohydrate. It works rapidly to add size to the muscles while increasing power.
- Kino Aminos – Protects all your lean muscle when calories are low, and accelerates protein synthesis and fat loss.
You need to give your body no choice in the matter.
You only get 2-3 chances per week to provide the stimulus to grow muscle. Make them count!
Grab that bar and push like your f*ckn life depends on it.
To magnify your efforts, I highly recommend…
This will give you the edge needed during this 3-4 month transformational period.
