5 Steps to Get the Most out of Mojo and Nitro

We are seeing just nutty results with Mojo.

But to hit peak Testosterone levels, there are a few steps that will maximize your results.

  1. Sleep Quality: Get early morning sunlight. Supplement with 200mg of Magnesium Biglycinate (Kino Mojo has the perfect dose). Cut out technology a couple of hours before bed. Do some box breathing, sleep in a cold room (62-68 degrees), blackout blinds, and with no underwear.
  2. Get Outside (vitamin D): You can download an app called dminder that tracks how much sun and vitamin D you are getting based on your location and time spent outside. Get the perfect amount of vitamin D, then get out of the sun. Alternatively, take 5000 IU of vitamin D each day (we will be dropping a Kino vitamin D supp soon).
  3. Eat Wholesome Food: 2-3 meals per day… eggs and some fruit, and toast… steak, potatoes, and broccoli. Use olive oil, coconut oil, and butter. I do dessert for the third meal (late-night snack). The main thing is to hit a small deficit of 300-400 if you have fat to lose. Small surplus if u wanna gain size (100-200). Excess body fat hurts T levels.
  4. Lift 2-3x Per Week: Hit shoulder presses, pull-ups, Romanian deadlifts, Bulgarians, and incline presses.
  5. Use Natural Chemical-free Soaps: Switch your toxic body wash for a bar or natural soap. Change to unscented laundry detergent. Seriously those are big culprits that disrupt hormone production.
