This guide is going to show you exactly how to use the app, which program to follow, and how to make the fastest, most effortless transformation of your life.
Before we dive in, I want you to understand something.
Every Kinobody program is built on the same foundation.
They all share the same core philosophy.
- About eighty percent of the structure stays the same because this is what truly works.
- The remaining twenty percent changes based on your specific goal, whether that is getting lean, building muscle, or refining your proportions.
And at the end of the day, the goal is simple: to build that movie star physique.

The look that turns heads, looks razor sharp shirtless, and still feels effortless to maintain.
Kinobody is about training for that strong, aesthetic, powerful body and living an amazing life while doing it.
Physique Assessment: Do You Need to Get Lean?
Almost everyone does. Very few people are actually lean enough to have that shrink-wrapped, movie star look.
Most guys are sitting around thirteen to eighteen percent body fat.
Even if you train hard, you will never look your best at that level.
You need to strip off the fat, reveal your structure, and get your waist down to about forty-four to forty-five percent of your height.

If you are six feet tall, that means around a 32-inch waist, measured first thing in the morning around your belly button.
If your waist is 3 inches above that, you are roughly 15 pounds away from your goal, about 5 pounds per inch.
The first mission is to get lean. That is when your physique truly starts to pop.
Phase One: The Warrior Movie Star Cut
For most people, this is where the journey begins.
You will be eating in a calorie deficit, getting around ten thousand steps a day, and following one of the Warrior Shredding programs in the app.

Now, the word “Warrior” and “Movie Star” really mean the same thing. This is the perfected movie star phase.
The Warrior look is that sharp, lean, powerful build.
Think Christian Bale in American Psycho.
That is the physique you are building here.
You can choose the Warrior 3-Day Program or the Warrior 2-Day Program.
- The 3-Day is really the bread and butter: It strikes the perfect balance of volume, recovery, and frequency.
- The 2-Day program also has its benefits: You get incredible recovery, and it keeps your appetite lower because you are lifting less often. Heavy, intense sessions can sometimes drive hunger up. So if you are someone who tends to overeat or if strength and muscle come to you easily, the 2-Day can work beautifully.
Stick with this phase until your waist is dialed in and your abs are sharp. Then, we move to the next level…
Phase Two: Greek God Strength Accelerator
Once you are lean, the next step is to build power, strength, and muscle density.
This is where your physique takes on that commanding, masculine shape.
The Greek God Strength Accelerator is designed to build strength at a rapid rate. It gives you that Brad Pitt in Troy, Achilles-type look.

Strong, sleek, and powerful.
You will train three days per week, alternating Workout A and Workout B, hitting each muscle group every four to five days.
The setup creates the perfect rhythm to consistently set personal bests and get stronger each week.
This program works phenomenally well for beginners, intermediates, or anyone who has taken time off and wants to rebuild their strength fast.
It is not ideal for advanced lifters to use indefinitely because you are progressing at an accelerated pace, and that is not sustainable forever.
You can run this phase for a few months to rebuild strength, size, and density at lightning speed. But once your progress slows down, you are ready to move into the next evolution…
Phase Three: Greek God Physique Mastery
Now that you are strong and lean, it is time to refine and perfect your proportions.
The Greek God Physique Mastery Program is structured around three workouts per week. Two are focused on upper body and one on lower body.

You will have more exercise variety, and we will focus on gaining strength and muscle at a steady, sustainable pace.
The Accelerator is incredible for rapid gains, but it is hard to keep hitting new records forever.
The Mastery phase is about consistent, gradual strength and muscle growth.
You are still getting stronger, but now you are doing it in a balanced, controlled way with more variety and recovery.
Both Greek God programs work best when you are eating at maintenance or in a lean bulk. You are fueling performance and building muscle efficiently without unnecessary fat gain.
This is where your body starts to look designed.
The proportions balance out.
The shoulders widen, the waist stays tight, and your physique takes on that timeless Greek sculpture aesthetic.
Phase Four: Specialization – Build Your Hero Form
Once you have built your foundation, this is where you specialize. You can decide what area of your physique needs the most attention.

- If your shoulders are lagging, go with the Thor Shoulder Protocol.
- If you want bigger arms, do the Thor Arm Protocol.
- If you want bigger chest and legs, choose Man of Steel Program.
You can think of these as sculpting phases. You are already lean and strong. Now you are just refining and enhancing the details.
These programs are best done while eating at maintenance or in a slight surplus. They are not designed for cutting.
If you are in a calorie deficit, you are better off doing the Warrior or Ripped Artiste programs.
Phase Five: The Ripped Artiste (Coming Soon)
*This is coming to the Kino App in 7 days.
This is where minimalism meets mastery.
The Ripped Artiste is my favorite routine for staying lean, strong, and chiseled year round.
It is extremely minimalist. Just three workouts per week and very low volume. You are doing only a few key exercises per session, but you are pushing them hard.
The Ripped Artiste keeps your appetite lower, maintains your strength, and gives you that dry, razor sharp look.
When my physique looks its absolute best, it is during this phase.
This is the lifestyle phase. The travel phase. The movie ready phase. You look incredible, and it feels effortless.
How Long To Stay On Each Program
Stick with each program for at least two months, ideally three to four.
This gives your body time to adapt and make real progress.
If you hit a plateau, for example, if your incline press stops going up, you can switch exercises. Whenever you hit a plateau, you want to switch exercises for that lift.
Choose a close variation, like switching from barbell to dumbbell incline press, and run that for three to four weeks before switching again.
That is how you keep progress flowing long-term.
The Big Picture
Here is the flow to keep in mind
1. If you need to lose fat, do the Warrior Movie Star programs.
2. Once lean, move into the Greek God Strength Accelerator.
3. From there, graduate to the Greek God Physique Mastery.
4. After that, go into the Thor Specialization or Superman phase to sculpt your proportions.
5. Finally, use the Ripped Artiste to maintain that movie ready form year-round.
All of these programs are inside the Kino app, ready to guide you through every workout.
Just pick your phase, and the system does the rest.
Final Thoughts
All Kinobody programs work because they are built on timeless principles.
- Train for strength, not exhaustion.
- Keep one rep in the tank on your key lifts.
- Stay lean, live well, and enjoy the process.
The difference between a good body and a movie star physique comes down to strategy, not suffering.
You do not need to train endlessly or starve yourself.
You just need the right system.
Follow this roadmap and you will not only transform your body, you will transform your entire life.
