Lost 50 lbs Walking 16,000 Steps a Day

In order to lose weight, you have to make sure your diet is dialed in.

That is a given.

But once you are following an effective diet strategy?

Walking accelerates the results.

There’s a guy in our Mojo Mastery group who posted a super impressive transformation.

A big part of that was his daily steps.

*This shows he averaged 16,000 steps per DAY over the course of a year!

His post in our group is so impressive that I’ll share it here.

“I’m turning 50 in just under 2 weeks and have been on a mission to get fit by fifty.”

“My journey started 1 1/2 years ago but really accelerated once I found Kinobody.
I started Mojo Stack exactly a year ago and connected with Greg O’Gallagher in August of last year.”

“Since that time, I have lost over 50 lbs of fat, achieved my lowest weight in over 30 years, have “racked up” some serious modern-day PR’s (including a 1 year average of >16k steps/day and a NFL combine-worthy 225 x17).”

“All of this goes with thanks be to God, my supportive family, Greg, the kino coaches, and a Mojo induced T-level of 778!”

“Grateful to be part of this Community. Now….LFG!!!!”

<<<End>>>

Here’s his free and total T after taking the Mojo Stack for 1 year.

*His total T is 778, and free T is 14.8 (when converting to ng/dL).

These are really solid levels for a 50-year-old.

This transformation is a perfect example of what we’re building in Mojo Mastery.

It’s not just about supplements or workouts.

*Although it does come with workouts and the Mojo Stack each month.

It’s about being part of a community of men who are all pushing toward greatness.

In Mojo Mastery, we’re a brotherhood.

We motivate each other, celebrate wins together, and push through challenges as a team.
