Do you ever wonder why some guys burn fat and build muscle with ease when they workout and other guys struggle to look any different?
Heck, I’ve seen guys do the exact same workout routine and get drastically different results.
What is the difference?
I want you to think about it for a second.
Most will say genetics, but what does that actually mean?

Genetics, to a certain extent, can be overcome.
Hard work can pay off.
But even with hard work, you quickly hit a glass ceiling in muscle gains if you don’t get one crucial thing dialed in…
Your FREE Testosterone.
You can have a natural guy that has 4x as much free testosterone as another.
A lot of people mistakenly think it is their total T that makes a huge difference.
This is where they are wrong.

*My total T is in the 600s, which is decent, but my Free T is typically in the 20-25 range, which is high.
Here’s the difference it makes.
I occasionally work out with a friend of mine named Bridger.
Bridger lives in Arizona and belongs to some of the same mastermind groups as me.
I’ll hit a workout with him when we happen to be in the same city.
He keeps in good shape but has a thin (ectomorph) frame.
A few years ago, he was kind of frustrated.
We both train hard.
And his physique improved a bit, but he was still not super excited about the results.

Part of me thought that maybe it was just his smaller bone structure.
Maybe he was just a hard gainer.
But I recommended he get his blood work done to see if there were any issues.
He got the test…
He told me his TOTAL testosterone was almost 800.
That is a great number.
Almost 200 points higher than me.
I asked to see his blood work results, and he sent me a screenshot.
I immediately saw the issue.

“Dude! With this high of total T your free T should be MUCH higher!”
His free T was at 56 pg/ml measurement.
This converts to 5.6 ng/dL.
This is super low.
Someone with this low of free T typically only has a total T level of 265.
Here’s what the free T levels mean.
- 0-5ng/dl is very low
- 5-10 is low
- 10-15 is good
- 15-20 is great
- 20-25 is godlike
His total testosterone is close to 800.
His free T should be much higher than 5.6.
Based on his high total T levels, this low level of free T was an issue.
I immediately told him he needed to take the Mojo Stack.
I also gave him tips on a few diet tweaks and made sure he optimized sleep and recovery.
I didn’t hear from him for a few months.
Then he got his blood work done again and sent it over.

He frickin’ TRIPLED his free T levels!
It went from 5.6 to 16.9.
That is huge.
About a month after this, Bridger was traveling through Florida.
I live in Toronto but spend a couple of months of the year in Miami.
So, when he was in Miami, we met up for a workout.
Not only was he much stronger than he was the last time we trained, but he also looked seriously jacked.
I was blown away, especially by his shoulders.

*Bridger is taking Nitro along with Mojo (The Mojo Stack) …which increases the pump and muscle growth potential of his workouts.
His shoulders were a weak point.
Now, they are the strongest part of his physique.
The shoulders have a higher androgen receptor density than other muscle groups.
All of your muscle fibers have androgen receptors.
Androgens (free testosterone) bind to these androgen receptors.
This increases protein synthesis, which increases the size of the muscle fibers.

When more free T is available, it binds to the unusually large number of receptors in the shoulders and unlocks muscle growth.
This is why Bridger’s shoulders finally responded to training.
This really improved his look.
Big shoulders are the key to building a masculine, attractive physique.
Here’s why this is important.
The shoulders are the muscle group that responds the most to an increase in free T levels.

*I actually think this might be one of the reasons women find men with broad shoulders so attractive.
Perhaps women instinctively know that men with large shoulders have high free T.
So many guys in the gym are lacking in shoulder development.
But it isn’t because of a lack of hard work.
It sometimes isn’t even the workout programs.
I believe a lot of this comes down to free T levels.
I was tired of seeing some of the guys using my workout programs transform like clockwork while other guys struggled.
So we designed a natural supplement stack to help you go from low/average… to high testosterone in just 2-3 months.
If you are at 6 free T, we can get you to 9-10 with the Mojo Stack.
But what if you want to REALLY increase your free T?
This is why we created Mojo Mastery.
