- 54 healthy men aged 18-35
- Randomized, double-blind study
- Duration: 20 weeks
- Six groups: placebo + five different testosterone doses (25, 50, 125, 300, or 600 mg/week)
- Dose-dependent decreases in total fat mass, subcutaneous fat, and intra-abdominal fat
- Higher doses led to greater fat loss, especially in deeper fat stores
- Lean mass increased in a dose-dependent manner
