Excess body fat doesn’t just look bad…
Body fat contains high levels of the enzyme aromatase, which converts testosterone into estrogen.
The more fat you carry, the more testosterone gets converted into estrogen.
To reach your best condition, you want to be in the 6% to 10% body fat range.
But for SURE, you want to get 12% or under ASAP.
The problem is people go about this all wrong.
Guys will drastically cut calories and live on salads and chicken breasts.

They will also dramatically increase the amount of exercise they do.
This works for a while.
Sometimes, they can even get kind of lean.
But make no mistake about it…
It’s not sustainable.
All the methods being taught by mainstream fitness influencers “pull the elastic band” on your metabolism.
Here’s what I mean by that.
You are stressing your metabolism and hormones in order to lose fat.
This stress is like pulling on an elastic band.

This works at first.
If it didn’t work at all, people wouldn’t use this approach.
So extreme approaches are commonplace.
- The actor training 3-4 hours daily getting ready for his next superhero role.
- The fitness influencer getting “stage ready” for a physique competition.
People assume this is what it takes to get shredded.
So, they emulate this approach.
They don’t see or understand that these people are paying a price.
These people are pulling the elastic band too far.
And 100% of the time, a “snapback” eventually occurs.

They wind up in a TERRIBLE place metabolically and hormonally.
These extreme approaches crush T levels.
As soon as people release themselves from this intense diet and training approach, they gain 20+ pounds and end up in a place worse than where they started.
It makes sense that the body reflects the hormone levels.
With low testosterone, it is just a matter of time before the fat comes back.
This is why these extreme approaches always cause rebound weight gain.
Every time someone tries to live off of chicken breasts and salad.
They pull the elastic band a little more.
Every time someone spends a period of time training 2+ hours daily in the gym.
They pull the elastic band a little more.
If they back off on this intense approach at all?

They experience the snapback.
This really does happen 100% of the time.
The ONLY people I’ve seen avoid the snapback using these extreme approaches are using some type of pharmaceutical (TRT, steroids, etc.)
The results of the mainstream approaches…
- Work if you are injecting TRT or steroids
- Work temporarily followed by a massive weight rebound
- Don’t work at all for most people (visit any gym and you’ll see)
I have never seen an extreme approach work long-term because it can’t.
If you f*ck with your T levels, you pay the price.

You mess with the elastic band, you are going to get snapped!
Why would people use an approach that has a 100% failure rate?
Simply because they don’t know better.
I didn’t know better for a long time.
I started training seriously when I was 14.
It took me 10 frickin’ years to finally understand that EVERYTHING being taught was just a temporary solution to getting lean.
People can shock their system to 10% body fat.
Then, they always gain it all back and look terrible.
On the left in the picture below, I’m 24 after finally figuring out how to stay lean year-round.

I’ve maintained 6-8% body fat for 10 years straight.
I’ve also learned how to gain muscle without adding a bunch of body fat.
The only (natural) people I’ve seen maintain a lean condition year-round are the guys following my programs.
Again…
There are fake natty’s all over the place.
In a future email, I’ll tell you how to spot them.
But nobody is able to stay lean for 10+ years without keeping their T levels high as they lose weight.
You simply need high T in order to do this.
If you can master this?
It’s how you stay lean year after year.
I’ll talk about that in the next email.
Talk Soon,

P.S.
Check out my last email if you missed it.
In this email, I describe the “4 levels of definition.”
- Cut
- Defined
- Chiseled
- Ripped
So, when I use one of these terms, you will get an idea of what body fat % I’m referring to.
Also, look out for my next email.
It will be titled…
My Blueprint to Being Chiseled for 10+ Years
