This past summer, I had an epiphany
I finally was able to nail down my superpower.
We all excel at something.
I thought deeply about what I’m best at and two things came to mind.
- People who buy my programs tend to use and stick to the programs.
- I’m able to help guys hit single-digit body fat even if they have never been able to get lean in the past.
I’d say that #2 influences #1.
People see others getting such incredible results so it creates a snowball effect.

It strengthens their belief that the programs work, so they stick to them until they, too, get shredded.
But my ability to teach this wasn’t an overnight thing.
Heck, I couldn’t even personally get lean and stay lean for 10+ years.
From age 14 to 24, I struggled.
For a full decade, I tried every trick in the book.
- Low carb diets
- Endless cardio sessions
- Brutal workouts
- Restrictive meal plans
You name it, I did it.
I’d lose a bit of weight, only to rebound and binge eat.
I felt like my body was fighting against me, programmed to stay bulky and soft no matter how hard I tried.
What is crazy is that I had a lot of things going for me – I had built up a significant amount of base muscle, and I was at an age when T levels should have been through the roof.

I was able to get lean temporarily, but my workouts were intense, and I was doing extremely strict diets.

I was exhausted, constantly frustrated, and wondering if being lean and strong just wasn’t in the cards for me.
Then something clicked.
I realized that the people who were preaching this conventional wisdom were often on a bunch of drugs, and everything I was doing was sabotaging my testosterone.
That’s when I decided to go against the grain.
I realized I needed to transform while optimizing testosterone.
That meant doing things COMPLETELY differently than everyone else.
Here’s some of what I discovered:
- The Right Calorie Deficit: Not too low to crash testosterone, but enough to shed fat.
- Optimal Protein Intake: Enough to build muscle, but not so much that it cuts into fats and carbs needed for T.
- Getting Stronger on Key Lifts: Focus on incline press, shoulder press, pull-ups, and Bulgarian split squats.
- Walking for Effortless Fat Loss: I’ve discovered the perfect range of daily steps for fat loss without stalling.
- Natural Testosterone Boost: I developed a proprietary supplement designed to increase free testosterone by 50% or more.
My system has allowed me to stay at single-digit body fat for 10 years straight, all while eating amazing foods and training just 2-3 times a week.
