A Possible Problem With Kinobody

“It’s all fun and games until you run out of weights.”

^^^ I’ll explain what I mean by that in a sec.

Getting strong is a blast.

I’m convinced there is no other system that works as well as Movie Star Masterclass for rapidly building strength and muscle.

Our programs incorporate reverse pyramid training.

This workout setup will make you F*CKN strong!

*Incline press using 300 pounds for 4 reps.

The reason reverse pyramids work so well is they prioritize strength.

Here’s the setup we use.

  • 4-6 reps
  • Rest 3 minutes (and reduce weight)
  • 6-8 reps
  • Rest 3 minutes (and reduce weight)
  • 8-10 reps

You do your heaviest set first.

The heavier the weight, the harder your muscles must contract to lift it.

This recruits powerful type 2 muscle fibers.

*Heavy lifting and gaining strength builds muscles of granite.

But it is also important to hit the 6-8 rep range and 8-10 rep range.

To build maximum muscle you want to work the muscle fibers over a spectrum of rep ranges.

That being said, strength is the foundation for muscle growth.

Prioritizing the 4-6 rep range, by doing this set first, accomplishes this.

You need to do that heavy set when you are as fresh as possible.

*Here’s a pic of me right before using 130-pound dumbbells on an incline press (did 4 reps).

There is a problem with this method of lifting.

You can get so strong that the weights won’t go high enough.

For instance, a lot of gyms only offer up to 100-pound dumbbells.

You might get TOO strong.

I realize this sounds like I’m using Viagra sales techniques here.

“If you get an erection that lasts longer than 4 hours, after taking Viagra, please call a Doctor”.

What a brilliant ad, LMFAO.

The “warning” becomes a slogan.

With the Movie Star Masterclass, it really is quite possible that you will need heavier dumbbells than offered at your gym.

It’s not really a problem.

Kind of like how Viagra’s warning isn’t really a problem.
