As we go into the new year, I want to share a habit that helps me stay lean.
It’s easy, and it works.
Almost sounds TOO simple to be effective.
The tactic?
Weighing yourself first thing in the morning.
When I’m in Toronto, every day I wake up, I jump on the scale.

Every single day keeps me accountable.
It’s impossible for my weight to go up 10 pounds because if I see my weight up a few pounds, I’m already catching it.
But when I was in Miami for ten days, I was a bit more relaxed.
I didn’t weigh myself for a couple of days after being back, and I’m like up from like 176-177 to 181.
I can fix this in a couple of weeks.
No biggie.
I think as long as you’re not like emotionally affected and reactive about your weight…
As long as you’re very chill.
I think it’s a really good idea to weigh yourself every day.

P.S.
This is urgent!
You need to get to 12% or less ASAP.
Because body fat is estrogenic…
Excess body fat, especially visceral fat, contains high levels of the enzyme aromatase, which converts testosterone into estrogen.
You need to get lean to get your testosterone up!
Once you get lean – It becomes easier to stay lean.
This is because higher T levels help you melt fat and gain muscle.
This is why I’m able to stay lean year-round.

I cover all of this in my system – High T Fat Loss.
