Are you tracking your calories and in a deficit, but things are moving much slower than you’d expect?
You’re doing everything right.
Crushing your workouts, hitting your macros, staying in a calorie deficit.
But it feels like the currents are moving against you.
Here’s something you might not have considered.
It could be due to a lack of beneficial gut bacteria.

The microbes in your gut play a crucial role in how your body processes food, stores fat, and regulates metabolism.
Out-of-whack gut bacteria could cause stalls in weight loss.
Here are two studies that show how probiotics can help with fat loss.
Especially when you’ve hit a plateau.
Study#1: More Fat Loss Even With Same Calorie Deficit

This double-blind study[1] looked at women with excess weight or obesity. Here’s what they found:
- All women followed the same calorie-deficit diet. The only difference? One group took probiotics, the other a placebo.
- Women taking the probiotic mix lost significantly more belly fat than those on the placebo. A 5.48% reduction in waist circumference vs. just 3.40% in the placebo group.
- The probiotic group also saw improvements in their overall body composition.
Summary: Even when following the same diet, probiotics can help you lose more fat, especially around your midsection.
Study #2: Much Less Fat Gained in a Calorie Surplus

This study[2] used obese mice, but the results are too impressive to ignore:
- Mice were fed a high-fat diet for 8 weeks to induce obesity.
- Then, they were split into two groups: one received probiotics, the other a placebo.
- Both groups continued on the high-fat diet for another 10 weeks.
- After 10 weeks, the probiotic group had 38% less body fat than the placebo group.
- They had lower levels of insulin (by 32%), leptin (by 52%), and total cholesterol (by 18%).
- Inflammation-related genes were down-regulated, while fat-burning genes were up-regulated.
Summary: Even on a diet designed to promote obesity, probiotics significantly reduced fat gain and improved metabolic health markers.
What I like about these studies is when you are in a deficit…
Probiotics can accelerate fat loss.
And when you do go over a bit in calories and end up in surplus…
You gain less body fat.
This helps you get significantly leaner over time.
This is one of the reasons I recommend a probiotic to build up your beneficial gut bacteria.

Kino Probiotics – I hand-picked the 6 most stable and beneficial probiotic strains.
I also added a prebiotic to the formula to amplify the probiotic growth and benefits. They essentially feed probiotics and help them multiply more effectively in the gut.
This is one of the reasons our formula is so effective.
The 6 best strains… and our formula that ensures these strains colonize and multiply in your gut.
I highly recommend giving our formula a shot.
Even if you have tried other formulas in the past.
You absorb more nutrients, like protein, in the food you eat.
And less body fat when you go a bit over in calories.
