A question I get from time to time is this.
“Is it better to drink coffee before working out or Octane?”
I think it depends on when you plan to work out.
If my workout happens within 3-4 hours after waking up, I’ll drink Octane right before the workout.
If it’s later in the day…
I’ll drink Octane in the morning and then black coffee right before my workout.

This works well because the L-Theanine in Octane your system for up to 8-10 hours…
You can re-activate it with Coffee right before your workout.
So both approaches work well.
