I Got a Confession to Make…

I haven’t been hitting my steps.

I’ve been going higher in Calories.

I’ve been traveling a ton, and now I’m in Vancouver, and It’s been raining every day.

I’ve just been kind of eating out.

And you know what?

I weighed myself.

I was convinced I was going to be like 181-182. My weight can fly up here in 2 weeks if I’m not careful.

And I’m like 177 and a half!

At my leanest 6-8 weeks ago, I was like 174-175 ish

I know if I just tighten up for a few weeks, I’ll be back down at my most shredded.

I really thought I was going to be around 182 because when I’m off on my calories and my steps, my weight can pop right up to the low 180s.

What’s incredible is in two or three weeks, I can be back to 175.

I attribute this to my high free T levels.

*I outline how to maximize testosterone naturally in my new program, The Mojo Mastery 30-Day Challenge.

This is not an excuse to continue being a bit lazy.

You will feel your best mentally when calories are dialed in and you get your daily steps in.

So I’m cooking more using the right oils and being a bit lighter on my calories.

Around 2300-2400 calories per day as opposed to like 2800-2900.

The lesson here is this…

Getting your free T levels up will make staying lean much easier.

It’s due to better nutrient partitioning…

More of the calories you consume will get shuttled into your muscle cells versus being stored as body fat.

If that sounds good to you?

P.S.

This is urgent!

You need to get to 12% or less ASAP.

Because body fat is estrogenic…

Excess body fat, especially visceral fat, contains high levels of the enzyme aromatase, which converts testosterone into estrogen.

You need to get lean to get your testosterone up!

Once you get lean – It becomes easier to stay lean.

This is because higher T levels help you melt fat and gain muscle.

This is why I’m able to stay lean year-round.

I cover all of this in my system – High T Fat Loss.
