Falling into depression is easy.

If you look at someone’s life, who is highly depressed…

I would be depressed too!

Their actions are absolutely causing this depression.

In fact, If I were to create a way to 100% guarantee depression, it would be this.

  • Smoke weed every single day
  • Drink too much
  • Eat a shitty diet
  • Not exercise
  • Spend hours scrolling through TikTok and Instagram
  • Not socializing
  • Staying inside all day
  • Getting fulfillment through watching sports on TV

This stuff is going to make you depressed.

It SHOULD make you depressed!

In fact, if this doesn’t depress you, there is something wrong with you.

I have to work very HARD in order to feel mentally good and motivated.

I have to be focused.

Otherwise, I will let a week go by, get lazy, and not feel good about myself.

I think this is an important message because living an “easy life” on autopilot and staying in your comfort zone will absolutely make you depressed.
