Most of the stuff we do every day makes it really hard to become successful.
For instance.
Most people start their day by checking their phones.
This gives them a hit of dopamine.
They mindlessly scroll through Instagram and TikTok, see if anyone liked their last post, and repeat this loop.
They are programming their mind to only get dopamine from a constant bombardment from their mobile phone.
Not a good way to start the day.
I like to start my day by REMOVING all distractions.
This is why meditation is powerful.
You are learning to slow down and find enjoyment without any outside source.
Most people can’t last more than 5 minutes meditating.
Want to know why?
They are experiencing withdrawals from their phone addiction (literally getting hits of dopamine from their phone, and they feel it in their body).
People think they don’t have time for meditation.
It’s only 10-20 minutes.
When I meditate, my days are way better.
When I don’t?
I get easily programmed and distracted like the majority of the population.
Meditation not only makes me more productive the rest of the day.
It also makes me happier.
Being present is such a powerful way to live.
All of the major social media sites are pulling you away from being present.
They are f*ckn good at it too.
Are you able to watch a TV show or a movie at home without checking your phone?
If you constantly check your phone while doing something else?
They got you!
You are 100% addicted to those little dopamine hits from your phone.
The big problem here is that if a movie is boring without your phone, you are going to have a tough time being motivated by work.
You have to pull back those distractions.
Get used to enjoying doing one thing at a time.
Again, meditation is powerful for this.
It helps you become present and is almost like rehab from dopamine hits of mindlessly scrolling through your phone.
For success, you want dopamine to be released during important work.
You don’t have an endless pool of dopamine.
So when you look at your phone first thing in the morning, you will have less dopamine available for working on your goals.
A 10-minute meditation is a better choice.
You will look forward to getting work done.
It will feel good.
One thing that can really help with this process is caffeine.
Ideally, you will want to wait 90 minutes before your first cup of coffee or glass of Octane.
I like to ANCHOR caffeine to achievement.
The caffeine in Octane will release dopamine, and as soon as that happens, I get a shitload of work done.
I’m training my brain to think.
“When I get things done, it feels good.”
I’m linking being productive to dopamine release in my brain.
If you can make work “feel good,” the world is yours.
Seriously!
I bet with the constant bombardment of dopamine from mobile phones, less than 1% of the population feels great when they work.
If you have a hard time focusing for 3-4 hours without distraction?
I recommend taking these steps:
- Meditate for 10-20 minutes
- Drink Octane 90 minutes after waking up.
- Take 2-3 capsules of Kino Brain with the Octane.
- Get your top 2-3 tasks done to anchor dopamine to achievement
Not only will you feel incredible.
Getting stuff done will be rewarding and feel almost effortless.
Work will become fun.
Your creativity will increase, and you will have breakthroughs in business that seemed almost impossible before.
I highly recommend this!
