There’s a specific type of fat that some people almost consider a superfood.
It provides steady energy, it has been shown to reduce appetite as well as optimize the growth of good gut bacteria.

There are dozens of studies showing it helps with weight loss.
The fat is called MCT (medium chain triglycerides).
