Exercise Causes Harmful Oxidation?

I first noticed something unusual several years ago.

I was flipping through the channels on a summer afternoon and stumbled onto the Tour de France.

What immediately stuck out to me was that the bikers looked old for their age.

Yes, they were fit…

But they all had the skin of someone much older.

I knew exercise released free radicals.

I just never really thought too much about the effects until I watched Tour de France that afternoon.

The signs were evident on their skin.

Free radicals can damage the skin in several ways.

  • Collagen breakdown: Free radicals can damage collagen fibers, causing them to break down and leading to wrinkles and sagging skin.
  • Discoloration: Free radicals can damage melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color. This can lead to hyperpigmentation, or dark spots, on the skin.
  • Inflammation: Free radicals can cause inflammation in the skin, which can contribute to redness, irritation, and skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, and eczema.
  • DNA damage: Free radicals can damage the DNA in skin cells, which can lead to mutations and potentially increase the risk of skin cancer.

There are two exceptional ingredients that have incredible antioxidant properties.

You won’t get these in your diet.

Grape seed and pine bark are a common ingredients in skincare and beauty products.

Another benefit they have is improving circulation.

So they both are a potent antioxidant that neturalizes free radical damage.

But they also improve circulation.

This is incredible for getting a good pump in your workouts.

Beyond that…

Good circulation is needed for strong erections and overall health.

Better blood flow = a better sex life.

Blood flow is important for longevity as well.

I researched the benefits of both grape seed extract as well as pine bark several years ago.

They not only make a difference for getting insane pumps in the gym.

Over 1-2 months your skin will look clearer and more vibrant.

I think these supplements are especially important if you spend any time in the sun.

I want to get the Vitamin D benefits from the sun.

Plus a slight tan improves appearance.

Pine bark and grape seed extract fight free radical damage from sun exposure as well.

I don’t want to have spotted lizard skin in 10 years.

So I take both pine bark and grape seed extract daily.

These are 2 of the 6 ingredients in Kino Nitro.

Kino Nitro – Enhanced Circulation Formula

I typically emphasize the blood flow benefits…

Because that is what you will notice immediately.

Better pumps.

Better performance in the bedroom.

But seriously, this is an incredible antioxidant that will combat free radical damage from any source.

Important for skin health as well as overall health in general.
