Lazy Ripped – Details on my New Program

I’m releasing a new program tomorrow.

Going to shake things up a bit.

You see, for most of 2023, I’ve only lifted weights 2 times per week.

And it honestly pisses the fitness mainstream off.

Beta boys are losing their minds.

Here’s a common response I get on Instagram.

I used to respond to people like this by telling them they were “mistaken” or explain myself in a gentle way.

Not anymore.

Calling out BS and having a blast with it.

Too fun.

I’m right, and they are wrong.

Is he trying to imply that my 2 times per week approach is misleading?

This guy has earned some special sauce in my reply.

I didn’t just respond with “wrong”…

I added a little sprinkle of “beta boy” in there, LMFAO.

This guy might be pissed at my response.

But I’m not pulling punches anymore.

Going to be more direct.

It’s time to turn up the heat a bit.

I’m having so much fun with this more direct approach.

I need guys to understand that these critics are WRONG.

Complete beta boys.

And I’m not going to let it slide.

  • 2 workouts per week for 2 months
  • Alternated with 3 workouts per week for 1 month
  • Repeat
