Leveling Up Your Life

I really enjoy my morning walks.

This is when I get my best ideas, great for the mood, etc.

Lately, after coming home from my morning walk I’ve been extremely productive.

I’m writing more than normal.

Planning out things in my business.

I’ve been working more than normal not because I have to.

It’s been fun for me.

Quite effortless, too, and doesn’t even feel like work.

There have been times in my life when I would write or work on my business, and I’d be mentally worn out after 4 hours… but I’ve been unstoppable lately.

I’m convinced part of this has to do with creatine.

I know people just equate creatine with gaining muscle.

But creatine also gives your brain a major boost.

*Studies show it improves memory, increases brain energy, and enhances cognitive function.

Here’s how it works.

  • Brain cells use a molecule called ATP as their main energy source.
  • Your brain also stores creatine as phosphocreatine.
  • This creatine gets converted into ATP on demand, refilling your brain cells.

When your brain is working hard, like when you’re studying, focusing, or remembering something, it starts to use up the ATP fuel quickly.

Creatine resupplies this brain fuel.

This helps you maintain mental sharpness and focus.

The more creatine you store, the longer you can go without being mentally drained.

This is a big deal.

Especially if you are trying to succeed in business and get ahead.

All big accomplishments start with an idea and are made into reality with… sustained mental focus.

*Kino Gains absolutely helps with mental focus and energy.

Our formula uses creatine HCL.

It’s almost 40X more absorbable than Creatine Monohydrate.

Creatine Monohydrate works.

The problem is that all excess creatine monohydrate that doesn’t get absorbed causes a “spillover effect.”

So you get a bit of water retention that blurs muscle definition.

It can also cause your face to get rounded and puffy.

I avoid creatine monohydrate.

*Kino Gains uses creatine HCL to make sure to keep your face looking sharp and avoid that bloated meathead look.

You don’t want to get a bloated face.

Makes guys look terrible.

Stick with our creatine HCL formula.

So, for sustained mental focus, I highly recommend creatine.

To really level up, I recommend adding Mojo and Nitro.

*The Mojo Stack is a best-seller for us now because you get Mojo and Nitro.

I’ve already discussed the physical benefits of the Mojo Stack countless times.

  • Higher testosterone from Mojo makes it easier to pack on muscle, lose body fat, have a higher sex drive, and makes you more assertive and masculine.
  • Better blood flow from Nitro improves energy levels, delivers more nutrients to muscles, organs and skin, firmer and bigger erections, activates brown fat for accelerated fat loss.

This is just a partial list of benefits.

And The Mojo Stack positively affects your brain and mental health as well.

Especially when combined with Kino Gains.

  • Kino Gains – Provides your brain with its main energy source, ATP.
  • Kino Nitro – Improves blood flow ensuring the brain gets the oxygen and nutrients it needs to maintain healthy cognitive function.
  • Kino Mojo – Optimizes testosterone, which helps regulate dopamine activity and improves mood. It also tends to make men more assertive and decisive.

I recommend taking all three of these together.

This trifecta improves performance in so many ways, both physically and mentally.

Almost like a superhero stack.

If your family has a history of neurological diseases like Parkingson’s, Huntington’s, Alzheimer’s, or ALS?

You absolutely should supplement with creatine.

This 2022 study was the first to look at creatine on neurological and mental health conditions.

What research is finding is that by providing energy to the brain cells, creatine may protect against developing these diseases.

Creatine has also been shown to help with depression.

It makes sense why creatine would help when it comes to depression and neurological diseases.

Creatine keeps energy levels and activity high in the brain.

Less likely to feel drained mentally or get depressed.

Anyway, there are still more research that needs to be done here.

The physical benefits alone make creatine worth taking.

Just pretty darn awesome it shows promise for mental health as well.

I can’t recommend it enough.
