Make 2025 Your Best Year Yet

I’ve been thinking a lot about what it really takes to make 2025 your best year yet.

And honestly?

It all comes down to clarity.

Getting extremely clear about what you want.

I’m reminded of the tattoo I have: “Make no small plans.”

It was my father’s favorite quote, and its meaning is powerful.

Small goals don’t stir a man’s blood.

But big, exciting goals?

Those make you work harder.

And ironically, you’re more likely to achieve big goals because they ignite that fire within you.

So, how do we make 2025 epic?

1. Define Exactly What You Want

Take time to crystalize your vision. What do you want your life to look like six months, one year, two years from now?

Think about it:

• What’s the physique you’re building? Warrior? Greek God?

• Where do you want to live—Miami, New York, Mexico?

• How does your day-to-day life look?

• What are your business, health, lifestyle, and relationship goals?

The clearer and more vivid you can make your vision, the more powerful it becomes.

2. Set Goals That Truly Excite You

Goals that turn your crank—those are the ones that stick. Don’t just chase what looks good on paper; chase what feels right for you.

3. Use Self-Hypnosis to Stay Locked In

Here’s a cool hack: talk to ChatGPT about your goals and ask it to create a self-hypnosis script tailored to them. Record that script, listen to it regularly, and let it reprogram your subconscious.

Whenever I get stuck—like when I’m cutting weight and my appetite’s raging—I use this technique. I lock in on the physique I want, embed it into my mind, and suddenly, I’m back on track.

4. Take Time to Clear Your Head

Drive somewhere, unplug, and really think about what excites you. Not just more money, but the kind of life that feels right in your gut.

Reflect on your goals in key areas:

• Health

• Career/Wealth

• Relationships

• Lifestyle & Fulfillment

Once you know what you want, everything shifts.

You become turbocharged.

*You need to write these goals down on paper (use a nice notebook for this).

Just thinking about the goals isn’t enough.

Without clear goals, though, you’re just a leaf in the wind.

So, here’s the challenge.

Carve out a few hours this week. Get crystal clear on what you want your life to look like in 2025.

When you do, you’ll feel that fire inside you again.
