My Nighttime Routine to Boost Testosterone

You can do several things at night that help increase your testosterone levels.

I’ll just quickly outline what I do.

Cut out technology: I’m guilty at times of watching a TV show before bed, but when I read a book at night instead, I find I have a more restful sleep. Reading is a good success habit anyway, so I’d recommend that over ending the night online or watching a show.

Take Mojo with a t-boosting dinner: My go-to dinner is strip loin steak, potatoes, and broccoli or cauliflower. This is when I like to take Kino Mojo as well. This dinner and supplement combo gives your body all the nutrients it needs to optimize your testosterone levels. This works well for everyone who tries it.

Late-night chocolate: I like to have 300-400 calories of chocolate a couple of hours after dinner. If I go to bed hungry, I have terrible sleep. Chocolate is the ultimate dessert food. It is good for the soul. Also, dark chocolate is very high in magnesium which is good for testosterone.

Here’s one of my go-to desserts…

1 teaspoon of raw honey: Honey increases Luteinizing Hormone, which is a precursor to testosterone and also reduces estrogen activity. It’s only 20 calories and as a bonus helps satisfy your sweet tooth.

A little meditation or self-hypnosis: This will relax your body which helps for winding down and go to sleep quickly. It’s one of those things you need to try, to understand how powerful it is. I’m big on this stuff because I know how it has helped transform my life.

Go to sleep in a cold room: I like to set my nighttime room temperature between 62-65 degrees. It makes a world of difference in my sleep. I one time had a sleepover with an Australian model that I met in LA. We got along super well, but that night I woke up boiling hot. She got up while I was asleep and snuck over to the thermostat and turned it up to 74 degrees.

74 degrees! Major red flag.

I was like, “Look, Sarah, this isn’t gonna work out”.

So these are the things I focus on at night for boosting testosterone.

I know I could improve in a few areas.

For instance, going to bed at the same time every night is supposed to reinforce your circadian rhythm which makes it easier for the body to regulate your hormones, etc.

But I’m a night owl.

The reason I mention this is that you don’t have to be perfect.

I’m not perfect.

Just slowly implement some of this stuff into your own routine and you will likely see improvements in your testosterone levels.

One huge thing that will move the needle is Kino Mojo.

I’ve been blown away by the results coming in.

If you follow a solid nighttime routine and take Mojo?

You should notice an increase in energy, confidence, muscle mass, etc.

We have seen guys who have been stuck for a long period of time finally get lean and add muscle mass due to the effects of their higher T levels.

You simple need to try this.

You can grab Mojo on it’s own but I highly recommend our stack that includes Nitro.
