My Top Transformation Students Do This…

To truly transform your body, you need to make real concrete improvements month after month.

The key to this is ENERGY.

If you have low energy, this is going to be a problem.

The workouts in my programs are brief and infrequent.

You need to be “on” each and every workout.

This is one of the reasons I recommend limiting alcohol to 1-2 drinks max when you want to make dramatic improvements.

Anything past 2 drinks isn’t really worth it.
