My Worst Habit

I’d say my worst habit is staying up too late.

Here’s the thing…

In the past, whenever I tried to go to sleep early, I’d just lay in bed awake for hours.

So instead of wasting time in bed not sleeping, I’d just stay up until 2 AM.

That has changed this past month.

*I’ll always be a night owl, but now when I go to bed at 11:30 – 12, I fall asleep quickly.
