Stop lifting weights every day
When you do an intense, heavy workout…
You are actually fatiguing your nervous system, and it takes about 48 hours to recharge.
When your nervous system is fatigued?
You’re not going to be as strong.
You can’t lift as much weight.
It’s hard to hit personal records, and it’s harder to achieve progressive overload when you train too often.
I’ve made my best gains lifting 3 days per week.
For the last six months, I’ve only trained twice a week.
I’m able to continue to make gains by hitting personal records.

*Hitting a set of 8 with 125’s on inclines at Gold’s Gym a few months back.
I recommend after an intense heavy workout, take a day of rest before going heavy again.
If you want to do some cardio, yoga, or martial arts on that rest day?
That’s fine.
Just no heavy, intense lifting or sprinting right after an intense lifting day.
When you follow this approach.
You’re gonna notice when you hit the gym, you feel more recovered, stronger, and more powerful.
It’s going to be easier to hit personal records.

P.S.
Gaining muscle isn’t about spending time in the gym.
It’s a result of getting stronger.
If you are used to a typical bodybuilder split routine where you train 4-6 days per week, this will feel unusual at first.
You might even experience gym withdrawals.
I’m serious.
The key is to ignore the urge to lift heavy in the gym on back-to-back days.
Rest.
Then come back stronger each and every time.
Do that for 4-6 months, and you will be f*ckn shocked at how strong you become.

Your progress will be significantly more impressive than the majority of guys who train too much.
If you really want to accurate your results?

Travel more often.
And by working with us, you will have the fitness part of your life 100% handled.
