The 5 Day Reset

I’m down in Miami right now, getting some much-needed sun and relaxation.

On my flight down, I had an idea.

People love challenges.

That is why “75 Hard” took off.

One of the many issues with 75 Hard is that it is too long of a time period, in my opinion.

I like the idea of a jump start.

Like a short, focused period to get fat loss rolling again.

I like 5 days.

I think a 5 day challenge is perfect because you can start on a Monday and end on a Friday.

The idea behind “The 5 Day Reset” is to get back on track if you have been sloppy with your diet and workout routine.

This is meant to push your body back into high gear.

Here’s what you’ll do.

  • Fast 5-6 hours after rising
  • Listen to self-hypnosis 20 min (inside Kino VIP)
  • Black coffee and octane
  • 14k steps daily
  • Kino collagen, banana, Greek yogurt + 200 cal crispy
  • Steak, potatoes, broccoli
  • Dessert (400-500 calls)

You will basically cook the same meal for 5 days.

And go 40% higher in steps.

Done correctly, you should lose 3 lbs in 5 days, then fat loss should be 1.5 lbs per week.

You’d start on a Monday by going to the grocery store in the morning.

The idea would be to keep the shopping list super simple.

Here’s the grocery list.

  • 5 lbs of steak (or extra lean ground beef)
  • 5 lbs of potatoes
  • Broccoli
  • Greek yogurt
  • 5 apples

This would cover your meals.

Ideally, you would also have Octane, Collagen, and Crispy Bars.

After 5 days, you would go back to 10,000 steps per day.

You would listen to the self-hypnosis 2 times per week.

I also think it would be effective to do this challenge as a group.

Maybe a once-per-month thing.
