The quickest way to gain 12 pounds of muscle is probably by doing a ton of squats.
That’s not what I want to talk about here.
I want to discuss adding 10 pounds where it will make the biggest impact.
Your chest, back, shoulders, and arms.
It’s very simple actually.
It would be doing something similar to my Greek God Program.

You’d do a two-day split and three workouts per week.
Like this.
- Mon: Workout A
- Wed: Workout B
- Fri: Workout A
- Mon: Workout B
- Wed: Workout A
- Fri: Workout B
It doesn’t have to be Mon, Wed and Fri.
I just used this as an example.
Any three non-consecutive days will work fine.
The workouts would be simple and focused.
Workout A: You’d do 2 sets of weighted dips first, then you could add 2-3 sets of incline db press or overhead press, triceps, and lateral raises.
Workout B: You’d do 3 sets of weighted chin-ups, hammer curls, some Bulgarian split squats, Romanian deadlifts, and face pulls.
For each workout, you’d add 2.5 lbs to dips or chin-ups.

Those with blessed genetics can gain closer to 5 lbs each workout on dips.
- In a month, that equals 15 lbs.
- In 2 months, that’s about 30 lbs.
If u can add 30-40 lbs to your dips and chins, you’ll gain an easy 8-10 lbs of muscle.
Now, you won’t continue to gain strength and muscle forever.
But this is a quick way to get very strong and add a bunch of muscle fast.
Simply focus on weighted dips and chin-ups.
To easily add weight, you are going to need a belt.

The Kino Belt is (finally) back in stock!
I think this has been sold out for 2+ years.
This thing is well made.
And it is set up to where the straps won’t hit your junk!
Can hold up to 800 pounds (not that you will ever go that heavy).
Countless positive testimonials as well.

We have a limited quantity.
So if you want the best belt for weighted dips and weighted chin-ups?
