The “Too Big of a Calorie Deficit” Mistake

I got really lean this summer.

One of the questions I get asked is if that low body fat has hurt my testosterone levels.

A lot of guys kill their testosterone by dieting too aggressively or adding in too much cardio.

This is a mistake.

The reason my testosterone levels stayed high this summer was that I got there gradually.

Instead of creating a massive calorie deficit, it’s better to be patient.

You can reach the 12% level quickly.

At that point, you almost want to purposely slow down fat loss.

For high testosterone, here’s what I recommend for diet.

  • Kino Collagen Protein for lunch
  • A balance of carbs and fats with “just enough” protein (don’t go too low in fat or too low in carbs).
  • Steak, potatoes, broccoli, chocolate, etc.
  • Take *Kino Mojo daily

*We just sold out of Kino Mojo for the 3rd time! You can’t even get it right now. Next time it gets back in stock, snag it ASAP. It’s becoming our best-selling product, and we haven’t been able to keep up with demand.

As far as calorie deficit goes.

This is where it gets a little tricky.

Anyone can get to about 12% without too much trouble.

But as you dip below that, the diet needs to be tweaked based on how the body is responding.

Getting this down is almost an art…

Or it takes experience.

If you want to work one-on-one with an experienced expert to guarantee you get shredded, I have a special offer for you called “The Movie Star Body Accelerator”.
