Trolling People on Twitter…

Okay, I didn’t really mean for this to happen.

In Mexico City, I ate a stack of pancakes to break my fast.

They looked so good.

I had to snap a picture.

These are f*ckn glorious pancakes!

People got triggered!

Okay, I had a suspicion that I was going to trigger people of the low-carb religion, LMAO.

But there’s NO reason to cut carbs.

When you cut carbs it absolutely screws up your sleep, testosterone production, mood, metabolism, etc.

It’s best to eat a balance of fats and carbs with your protein.

Lean meats, fruits, veggies, potatoes, etc.

I don’t care if carnivore or keto stuff is trendy.

It’s f*cking stupid and unnecessary to limit yourself like this.

These trendy diets have people confused.

I got tons of responses like this…

This person is all mixed up.

The longest-living populations in the world include carbs in their diet.

Places like Okinawa, Japan have a carb-heavy diet.

The Mediterranean way of eating is a good balance of carbs, fats, and protein.

Carbs are fine.

The people who have issues with carbs are those people who don’t exercise at all.

People who stay indoors and barely get up off the couch will have issues.

But let’s be honest…

Those people are going to drastically shorten their lifespan because they are unhealthy metabolically (from not moving).

If you lift weights, get your steps in, and fast each morning, you will become healthier and…

Your body will THRIVE on carbs.

Being active will make your body insulin sensitive.

Being insulin sensitive means… your body will produce just the right amount of insulin to process the carbs and store those carbs as glycogen in your muscles.

The more insulin sensitive you are…

The better your body gets at doing this.

You don’t have to worry about blood sugar spikes and all that.

As I mentioned earlier, carbs are crucial if you want to have high T levels naturally.

Carbs get your body out of a catabolic state.
