50 kg’s per hand on for 8-10 reps incline presses at 30 degrees.
I did 50+ pull-ups within 1 minute, 30 hand stand push ups within 30 secs, at 171cm, 6-8% body fat, while enjoying chocolate and other of my favourite snacks every day and maintaining my low body fat and looking chiseled AF
