“Under 10% Body Fat for a Year”… How He Did It.

I get a lot of people submitting Kino transformations that are incredible.

The thing I like best is that what I teach is sustainable.

It’s enjoyable.

It’s a lifestyle.

It’s not like guys go on these ridiculously strict 1,000-calorie diets, look good for a week, and gain it back.

People using my approach STAY lean long-term.

I want to share a before and after pic submitted by a Kino Warrior who is a personal trainer.

He also sent me a testimonial and is a huge fan of Kino Mojo.

I’ll just cut and paste it all below his before and after pic.

I believe mojo helped me to increase my sex drive with my wife greatly, (every damn morning my soldier is up on duty and during the whole night too, which is never happened to me before).

My energy and mood too throughout the whole day, which made me even more productive to get my shit done at my work.

My heavy key compound lifts and challenging body weight moves improved greatly too, but interestingly enough, my sleep quality got way better than before it was way worse, that’s why my strength and muscle gains was impaired.

After taking mojo for 2-3 weeks 3 capsules changed my sleep ( I started sleep like a baby 😴 ).

And in general, I feel more ambitious in life to try new things and take more risks 🔥💪🏻

Crazy enough…mojo helped me to drop my body fat pretty fast within 3-4 months I lost a total 14-16 kg’s ( from 82kg down to 66-68kg on average nowadays as a smaller guy, at 171cm of my height, from 15-18%bf down to 6-8% bf, I believe ).

As a personal fitness trainer myself, every time I check my body fat % with calipers at my gym, it’s always shows single digits 👊🏻👊🏻

But most importantly, I’ve been maintaining under 10% body fat for a year, and very single day, while progressing on heavy key lifts and challenging body weight moves simultaneously.

One arm chin ups 3-4 reps per hand.

30+ hand stand push ups.

Seated DB incline shoulder presses at 60 degrees, 40kg’s for 10reps, 42.5kgs for 8 reps and 45kg’s per hand 3-4 reps.

50 kg’s per hand on for 8-10 reps incline presses at 30 degrees.

I did 50+ pull-ups within 1 minute, 30 hand stand push ups within 30 secs, at 171cm, 6-8% body fat, while enjoying chocolate and other of my favourite snacks every day and maintaining my low body fat and looking chiseled AF 👊🏻👊🏻

^^^Incredible testimonial.

I don’t need to say much more…

Kino Mojo

Try it for the next 2-3 months.

Increase your T levels.

Low T is most likely the thing holding you back from being the best version of yourself.

Let’s change that!
