I’m excited to explain a superior approach to gaining muscle while hitting a single-digit body fat percentage.
It requires an open mind.
Because it is a big paradigm shift.
Most people think you need to train 5-6 times per week to get a chiseled, movie-star physique.
That’s nonsense.
All you need is 2 intense workouts per week.
Why?
Because getting shredded isn’t about volume, it’s about providing just enough mechanical tension for growth.

Too much volume will increase your appetite.
This makes it close to impossible to stick to your diet and create a calorie deficit needed to melt body fat.
Whenever I want to drop body fat at a rapid pace, I focus on just two per week (I know this sounds counterintuitive).
Here is the basic idea.
- Dial in your calories and protein: If you’re eating right, fat loss becomes automatic. The 2 Day Shred System makes this stupid easy.
- Get your steps in: Walking is the easiest way to burn fat without thinking. It’s why people in Europe stay lean. I personally use a walking pad at home to work while moving.
- Get stronger on key lifts: Strength = muscle. Muscle = a shredded, masculine look. If you push for personal records in key lifts, you don’t need to train every day. Less volume, more intensity.
I go into much more detail in the group you just joined.

Make sure to read the program.
It should just take 10-15 minutes to go through it.
It outlines the exact protocol I use to get to 6-7% body fat.
I’ve never seen this approach fail for those who follow it exactly as I have outlined.
Tomorrow, I will show you how to turbocharge this process and get results at a level most guys will never achieve.
