If you are currently dieting and are so hungry you can’t even concentrate…
I have a simple recommendation.
Take a break from aggressive dieting and increase your calories.
It’s possible that your body is worn out and is ready to stabilize for a bit.
It’s seeking balance.
Dieting breaks are important.
You don’t want to be chasing a calorie deficit 365 days a year.
Here’s where it gets tricky.
- Sometimes you just need to increase the calories for a day
- Other times you need more calories for a few months
You also don’t want to go f*ckn insane on the food.
Ideally, you will want to eat at maintenance levels (or just slightly above) for a while.
You can tweak the training with higher calories as well.
If you do this properly, you can add muscle without adding body fat.
This is called “Lean Bulking”.
There are tricks to doing this without becoming fat.
