10 years ago, I was ahead of the curve.
Everyone thought the only way to get in incredible shape was to be in the gym all the time…
And eat a brutal, boring diet.
In the middle of all that noise, I released a video that ran completely counter to all of that.

*The Real Bruce Wayne was my first truly viral video with 3+ million views.
Here I was saying…
- I lift just three days a week
- I fast in the morning
- Then I eat like a king in the evening
Here’s the reason I think it went viral…
It reached people who were discouraged by the current approach of eating 6 meals a day and living in the gym.
People saw this video and got inspired…
“Oh f*ck, I can actually do this!”
It gave guys a new framework.
This created a catalyst across the entire fitness industry.

*To this day, no other program has come close to matching the sheer number of incredible transformations created by my Kinobody system.
At first, a lot of people were refuting it.
Up until that point, most people still believed the bodybuilding principles that emerged from the 70s and 80s Arnold era...
- The myth that you had to eat every couple of hours.
- The myth that you needed to be in the gym all the time.
- The myth that you have to do four different exercises per muscle group to hit the muscle from all angles.
- The myth that you had to eat totally clean.
- The myth that you had to eat a ton and bulk up and get sloppy to gain muscle.
Fast forward to today.
Intermittent fasting is mainstream.
The key to muscle growth is getting strong on key movements using long rest periods and heavy weight.
Lifting close to failure. Lower volume with higher intensity
The science caught up.

What was once “controversial” is now common sense.
You can build a movie-star physique with just three key workouts per week.
You can eat steak, potatoes, and even chocolate-chip cookies and still get lean.
But more importantly, the key to staying lean for life isn’t restriction; it’s building a nutrition plan you actually enjoy following every single day.
Cutting carbs or fats long-term doesn’t make you disciplined, it crashes hormones, tanks energy, and guarantees rebound. Balance wins. Always has.
You don’t need to obsess over protein.
You don’t need miserable diets.
You don’t need endless cardio.
Fat loss is simple:
• Dial in calories
• Walk daily
• Lift with intent
That’s it.
Fasting isn’t magic, but it gives you the freedom to eat like a king while getting leaner.
Strength drives muscle gain. Not bulking, not fluff, not junk volume.

I knew this over ten years ago. I built my entire philosophy around it when it was unpopular, mocked, and dismissed.
Now the rest of the fitness industry is finally catching up.
Crazy to think that one video set all of this in motion.
Talk Soon,
