Can You Look Aesthetic and Still Hit PRs?

Do you want to look really good, or be very strong?

That was what I was torn between in the past when I used creatine monohydrate.

Our original Gains formula worked incredibly well, but we used monohydrate.

So I had to choose.

  • Do I want to be really strong, lift the heavy weights, hit the PRs, put up amazing lifts on Instagram?
  • Or do I want to look aesthetic?

When I wanted to be really strong and a bit bigger, I would go on.

When I wanted to look my best, I would go off.

Now I just use Gains (Creatine HCL + Betaine) and stay on.

I get the best of both worlds.

When we made the switch to creatine HCL, we took a good formula and turned it into something truly special.

Creatine HCL is almost 40 times more soluble than monohydrate, so it actually loads into the muscle. Monohydrate leaves a lot of it sitting under the skin, which is why you get puffy. HCL doesn’t do that.

Same strength, without the puff.

I don’t have to cycle off it anymore.

If you’ve only used monohydrate, you need to try the new formula.
