I recently filmed a workout video, and honestly… it was pretty clear I’d reached the best shape of my life.
The response on YouTube and Instagram was insane.
So I want to break down exactly what I did to achieve this look.

This didn’t happen by accident. It was a very deliberate process.
Step 1: I Got Extremely Lean
Over the course of about 4 weeks, I cut down from around 178 lbs to about 168 lbs.
That’s roughly 10 pounds lost.
And not just “lighter.” Truly lean, skin-thin lean, almost a little too lean.
I keep myself lean year-round, but I reached a point where my biology was pushing back.
It felt nearly impossible to get leaner without significant food noise and mental bandwidth.
That’s where low-dose tirzepatide through Kino Clinic changed everything.
I was using a very low dose.
Not some aggressive protocol, just enough to make the process dramatically easier.
And the difference was honestly mind-blowing.
For the first time ever:
- Getting lean felt easy
- Maintaining a calorie deficit felt natural
- Hunger wasn’t dominating my brain all day
- I could enjoy life while staying sharp
I dropped the weight very quickly. Within 3–4 weeks.
People with a lot more fat to lose might have to spend 3-4 months in this phase.
And then came the most important phase…
Step 2: I Maintained The Lean State
This is where most people screw up.
Most people get lean and immediately undo it.
The rebound kicks in, the overeating starts, and the look is gone within days.
Instead, I maintained that ultra-lean state for about 6-8 weeks.

This is crucial.
Because when you stay lean long enough, your body adapts, your skin tightens, and your physique sharpens into that “shrink wrap” look.
During this phase, I was also training with my new Ripped Artiste routine.
Honestly, my favorite workouts I’ve ever created.

*This is one of the programs included in the Kino App, so if you have the app, I highly recommend running this for the next 2-3 months.
Minimalist and heavy, with a sharp focus on aesthetics.
At the same time, I kept my testosterone extremely high.
I was using:
- Mojo
- Great sleep
- Solid nutrition
- Heavy lifting
- Tons of walking
My total testosterone came back around 760, free T was very high, fertility markers were healthy, and every other marker on my natural blood panel looked great.
That was important to me because I wanted to show people: you can get insanely lean naturally while maintaining healthy hormones.
Step 3: Tanning Made A Huge Difference
I’m not going to pretend this doesn’t matter.
A deep tan massively improves physique appearance.
The separation, the contrast, the definition. Everything looks sharper and more dramatic with a deep tan.
I started extremely slowly and made sure not to burn, because burning causes more damage.
But over 6+ weeks, I developed a seriously deep tan in Miami.

I wasn’t reckless about it. I kept sunscreen on my face consistently to avoid unnecessary aging.
But for physique presentation? A tan absolutely elevates the look.
Step 4: The “Shrink Wrap Effect”
This is where things get interesting.
After maintaining that ultra-lean condition for weeks…
I intentionally started eating a lot more.
In fact, I temporarily came off tirzepatide for about a week because I actually found it difficult to gain weight while using it.
Which is crazy.
You reap the benefits of improved glucose uptake in the muscle and better nutrition portioning from tirzepatide, even if you take 2-3 weeks off
Normally for me, gaining fat is easy.
But on tirzepatide? My bodyweight barely wanted to move upward.
So I ate significantly more food and increased carbs heavily:
I’d have these big brunches with lots of pancakes, a large dinner, and then a second dinner with pasta.
The stuff most people are afraid of while trying to get lean.
And here’s why that works so well with tirzepatide specifically: it improves glucose uptake in muscle, so those carbs are going where you actually want them.
This is not the time to go low-carb.

And within days, I gained around 5–6 pounds.
But instead of looking worse…
I looked dramatically better.
Fuller and harder, with that 3D separation that makes a physique look almost unreal.
This is what I call the shrink wrap effect. A concept I originally learned years ago from Rusty Moore.
The idea is simple:
If you cut aggressively and stay lean long enough, your physique tightens dramatically. Then when you strategically refill glycogen and water, the muscles push outward against tightened skin.

That’s what creates that dense, full, hard movie-physique look.
Ironically, if I had just dieted directly to 172 lbs, I probably would’ve looked flatter and more depleted.
Instead:
- I overshot to 167–168
- Maintained it
- Then rapidly filled back up
That created the craziest look.
Step 5: Now I’m Tightening Back Up Slightly
Funny enough, after the refill phase, my weight kept climbing.
I hit around 174 lbs.
At that point, I started approaching the risk of “spilling over.” That’s where fullness turns into softness.
The goal from here is straightforward. Stay full, tighten slightly, and hold onto the look I’ve built.
I will be going back on a low dose of tirzepatide in the next few days to effortlessly hold the 172-174 pound cinematic zone, with a more healthy full face.
And honestly… this is probably the best balance of performance, aesthetics, fullness, leanness, and quality of life.
Bonus: The Exact Workout Split I Was Using
I also want to share the exact workout split I was running during this whole process.
Three days a week. That’s it.
Upper A
- Incline Press
- Bicep Curls
- Triceps
- Rows
- Lateral Raises
Lower Body
- Calf Raises
- Bulgarian Split Squats
- Leg Extensions
- Leg Curls
- Abs Machine
Upper B
- Shoulder Press
- Pull Downs
- Tricep Push Downs
- Chest Flyes
- Bent Over Flyes
The Big Takeaway
Here’s the biggest thing I learned:
Getting very lean is one thing.
But the best physiques often come from:
- Getting extremely lean
- Holding it long enough for the body to adapt
- Then strategically filling back out
That’s when the magic happens.
The hardest part of this strategy is simply hitting calories to get insanely lean and stay lean.
Hitting the workouts, getting steps in, and the overeating phase?
That’s all the fun part.
And low-dose tirzepatide removes the hardest aspect of fitness.
It’s not magic. What it does is eliminate the constant mental battle around food that derails most people.
Food noise dropped, adherence became effortless, and staying lean stopped feeling like a daily negotiation with yourself.
And that allowed me to finally create a physique that would’ve been incredibly difficult to maintain through pure willpower alone.
