“How the Heck are You So Strong???”

A few days ago, I posted a video on Instagram, getting a lot of attention.

It got a lot of positive comments.

People are wondering how I’ve been able to stay strong as I’m getting leaner.

The video shows me doing a set of 10 on the incline press with 100 lb dumbbells, using a hammer grip.

At a body weight of 170 lbs.

Here’s the thing most guys don’t realize about hammer grip elbows tucked incline press.

With the elbows-flared version, I was using 120s.

It’s easier to use a heavier weight with that version.

With the hammer grip version, I had to lighten the load a little bit.

But now I’m hitting consistent PRs.

One of the ways I’ve been able to get crazy strong is using Kino Gains (Creatine HCL + Betaine)

When you’re cutting and getting very lean, sometimes strength drops.

Especially going from 180 to 170 as an elite lifter.

In the past, when I’d get lean, I would take two steps forward and one step back when it came to strength.

Kino Gains has completely solved that problem for me.

Most creatine products use Monohydrate because it’s cheap, but it makes you hold water under the skin and look puffy.

Creatine HCL is 38x more soluble. It absorbs directly into the muscle.

No bloat. No soft, blurry look.

Your muscles stay full and dense.

And Betaine is what a lot of guys sleep on.

It increases androgen receptor density in your muscle cells. More receptors means your testosterone has more places to bind.

  • More binding means more protein synthesis.
  • More protein synthesis means more real, lasting muscle.

In one study[1], subjects taking betaine increased muscle mass by 4 lbs and arm size by 10%, while dropping 7 lbs of body fat.

The placebo group? Nothing.

Together, Creatine HCL + Betaine is a powerful combo for adding strength and size without the bloat that kills your look.

The leaner you get, the more important this becomes.

Gaining strength while losing fat is the clearest sign you’re preserving and building muscle.
