The Problem With Andrew Tate’s Bloodwork (What I Would Fix)

About a year ago, Derek from More Plates More Dates did something nobody saw coming.

The moment he found out the Tates had returned to the US, Derek organized a surprise visit through his company, Marek Health, sending a medical professional straight to their door, ready to draw blood.

Andrew had zero time to prep, and Tristan happened to be there and got tested on the spot too.

Over 140 biomarkers between the two of them.

Here’s what came back.

Is Andrew Tate Natural?

Yes, definitely.

  • Total Testosterone: 859 ng/dL, high normal
  • Steroid Screen: Clean. No synthetic compounds detected
  • LH/FSH: Normal, confirming his body is naturally producing testosterone on its own
  • T:E Ratio: 0.6, well within normal range

Andrew Tate is natural. That debate is settled.

But here’s where it gets interesting.

His Total T is Impressive. His Free T is Not.

His free testosterone came in at 12.9 ng/dL, which is just 1.5% of his total T.

Just for reference.

Here are my free T numbers from my most recent test.

*I’m at 21.83 ng/dL, which is close to double Andrew Tate’s.

Optimal is 2-3%, so at his total T level, he should be seeing free T between 17.1 and 25.7 ng/dL.

The culprit?

His SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) came in at 54.6 nmol/L. That’s way too high. SHBG is a protein that latches onto testosterone and locks it up so your body can’t use it.

Andrew is producing plenty of testosterone.

The problem is that his SHBG is binding too much of it before it ever gets to work.

On top of that:

  • Vitamin D: 37.5 ng/mL. Suboptimal. Optimal for performance and hormone production is closer to 60 ng/mL.
  • Magnesium: Suboptimal. Critical for testosterone production and sleep quality.
  • Inflammation: Homocysteine at 15.9 and elevated C-Reactive Protein. Chronic systemic inflammation is one of the fastest ways to tank your hormonal health.

What’s Driving This?

His diet is roughly 80% meat, one meal a day, very high protein, and very low carbs.

Here’s the thing most people don’t know.

Extremely high protein intake with minimal carbohydrates can actually drive SHBG up and suppress free T.

It’s counterintuitive, but the research supports it.

Add 10-15 cups of coffee and 3-4 cigars daily to the mix and you’ve got a recipe for chronically elevated inflammation and a nervous system running hot around the clock.

*400mg of caffeine is the upper limit, not 2,000+

Andrew Tate is one of the most famous men in the world who preaches masculine optimization. And he’s leaving a massive amount of free testosterone on the table because of fixable nutritional and lifestyle factors.

What Would Actually Move the Needle for Him

Boron would help him tremendously.

Boron is one of the most effective natural compounds for lowering SHBG and freeing up bound testosterone.

But it does something else that’s directly relevant to Andrew’s bloodwork. It has well-documented anti-inflammatory properties.

Studies show that just 10mg of Boron daily can significantly reduce key inflammatory markers, including C-Reactive Protein, the exact marker that came back elevated on Andrew’s panel.

Lower inflammation, lower SHBG, and higher free testosterone. All three from a single ingredient.

It’s clinically dosed in Kino Mojo at 10mg.

Optimizing his Vitamin D3 and Magnesium would also make a significant difference. Both are in Mojo at clinical doses.

Note: Methyl Folate and B12 in Nitro is awesome for lowering homocysteine, so Andrew would benefit from taking that as well.

And if he balanced his macros (raising carbs and moderating protein) his SHBG would likely drop and his free T would climb considerably.

Also, fasting until dinner, 20-24 hours daily, is pretty intense and not necessary.

If Andrew Tate went on Kino Mojo and adjusted his nutrition, I’d expect to see his free T go up somewhere in the range of 40-50%.

For a guy already sitting at 859 total T, that would be a serious jump.

Oh, and he should probably ease up on the cigars.

This is why Mojo works so well.

It raises your total testosterone while simultaneously lowering SHBG so your free testosterone climbs at the same time. You get the benefit on both ends of the equation.

Every ingredient in Mojo exists for a specific reason… and Andrew Tate’s blood work is a perfect real-world example of what happens when those pieces are missing.

This is exactly the problem Mojo was built to solve. And right now, we have a deal running that makes getting started a no-brainer.
