I remember when I used to train legs hard.
Heavy squats, deadlifts, leg curls.
I ate big, trained heavy, and my legs grew, but they didn’t look good (in shorts -or- pants).
And worse than that…
The upper thighs grew thick and began to rub together, causing chafing.
I didn’t want to have to go out and buy an anti-chafing stick, lmao.

*If your lifting program causes you to go to Amazon and load up on “Thigh Rescue” sticks, what are you doing!!!?
I HATED the thigh chafe (sweaty, hot, itchy) caused by overly developed upper thighs.
Seriously f*ckn pish posh.
And I thought I was doing everything right.
- But my legs didn’t look athletic.
- They didn’t look aesthetic.
- They definitely didn’t look like a superhero’s.
So I did what most guys do.
I backed off and I stopped prioritizing leg day… and yeah, that wasn’t the answer either.
What finally changed everything?
I realized the secret to achieving aesthetically pleasing legs isn’t in how much weight you lift, but where you put the focus.

The key is building your VMO (the teardrop-shaped quad muscle near your knee) and your calves.
That’s what gives your legs clean lines, symmetry…
And shows when you wear shorts.
You ever see a guy with massive thighs but skinny knees and no calves?
That awkward “turnip” shape?

That’s what happens when you only do wide-stance squats, deadlifts, and glute-dominant lifts.
Your upper thighs grow.
Your glutes get huge.
But your legs?
They look heavy and slow, not sharp, not aesthetic.
Compare that to Olympic lifters.

They do more front squats, closed stance work, and have legs that actually look amazing.
Their training is very low-body dominant…
So their legs are overdeveloped compared to what we are after.
But they have a thickness near the knee due to seriously developed VMO… and it makes their legs more evenly proportioned from the top of the leg to the knee compared to a bodybuilder or power lifter.
But again, their legs overpower their upper body development.
What’s the solution to turnip-shaped or overdeveloped legs?
The Fix: The Troy Protocol
What I do now when I really want my legs to pop.
I recommend to anyone who wants a true hero physique is this:
Train legs twice every 7–8 days for about 4 months.
You don’t have to do forever, but for 4 months, this will take your physique to the next level.
This is the Troy Protocol, a training split that targets the exact areas that matter.
• Bulgarian split squats to balance size + stability
• Front squats and leg extensions for that VMO pop
• Romanian deadlifts for sleek hamstring development
• Calf work (yes, actually programmed in)
• And bonus: trap work after leg day, because broad traps + shorts-ready legs = power
The result?
Legs that look athletic, cut, and proportioned, not overgrown and shapeless.

And when you’re training like this, hitting four sessions across 7–8 days, you’re in a growth zone.
Your body is repairing, rebuilding, and surging with strength.
But recovery becomes essential.
That’s why the Hero Stack is engineered to work perfectly with a results-oriented protocol like TROY.
- Kino Gains (Creatine HCL + Betaine): Boosts strength, power, and muscle fullness without the bloat.
- Kino Mojo (Testosterone Optimizer): Keeps you sharp, driven, anabolic, and supports lean muscle growth.
- Kino Nitro (Blood Flow Enhancer): Delivers insane pumps, accelerates nutrient delivery for recovery, and enhances androgen receptor sensitivity (making Mojo even more effective).
- Kino Octane (Pre-Workout): Clean energy and laser focus to keep you locked in and crushing every single session.
Forget random pills.
This stack is built to fuel the elite, proportionate body that the TROY Protocol delivers.
And here’s the deal: The TROY Protocol, my complete 4-month system for building those athletic, aesthetic legs and the entire Greek God physique (easily a $97+ program), is NOT sold separately.

Subscribe to the Hero Stack and the TROY Protocol is yours (at no extra cost).
We do it this way because the supplements and the program are designed to amplify each other for incredible results.

P.S.
I have been sent countless before-and-afters from guys using my programs/supplements over the past several years.
Depending on where a guy starts, it takes 6 months to 2 years for a transformation.
Here’s an example of a 6-month transformation.

He already has a good base of muscle.
In 6 months, a person at this experience level can add 10 pounds of muscle to his side delts, upper chest, and just fill in the details to get the full TROY physique.
Here’s a much longer transformation.

A before-and-after like this is a result of 1-2 years of consistent effort.
My earlier programs got incredible results.
But the TROY Protocol, powered by the Hero Stack, is an evolution.
It’s my most refined, potent system yet for building that elite, proportionate, head-turning physique faster and more effectively than anything I’ve released before.
This is the next level.
