There’s a drug called enclomiphene that’s getting a lot of attention right now in the testosterone optimization space because it doesn’t shut down fertility.
TRT shuts down fertility unless combined with fertility protocols.
So I want to give you my take on it.
Enclomiphene works by blocking estrogen receptors, which tricks your body into thinking estrogen levels are low. Your brain responds by sending a signal to produce more testosterone.
Total T numbers go up, on average, by 100 to 300 ng/dL, but here’s where it gets complicated.
Estrogen is not the enemy.
A lot of guys in the fitness space treat estrogen like it’s something to be eliminated, but that’s a low-IQ take.
In men, a portion of testosterone naturally converts to estrogen through the aromatase enzyme.
That estrogen plays a critical role in bone density, cognitive health, and libido.

*When you block estrogen receptors, you’re interfering with that signal.
But here’s what a lot of enclomiphene users actually report: their total T goes up, but they still feel off.
- The mood improvements aren’t there.
- The libido isn’t responding the way it should.
- The confidence and drive that come with genuinely high testosterone just don’t show up the way you’d expect.
You’re getting a higher number on paper without necessarily getting the full experience of high testosterone in real life.
There are other issues worth knowing about, too.
Enclomiphene was never FDA-approved for testosterone optimization.
The application was actually withdrawn after the FDA cited insufficient clinical benefit data.
Most use today is off-label and compounded. Long-term safety data is limited compared to TRT, which has decades of large-scale studies behind it.

So here’s how I’d rank the options if you’re looking to optimize testosterone.
1. The best option, by far, is to achieve high free T naturally: Lifting heavy, solid sleep, sunlight, and the right supplements. This is what Mojo was built for. It gives your body what it needs to produce more testosterone on its own, so nothing gets shut down or replaced.
2. The second option, if natural optimization isn’t moving the needle enough, is TRT under proper medical supervision: If your T levels are genuinely too low, you’re healthier on TRT. But if your levels are already solid, you’re actually less healthy on it because you’re shutting down your own endocrine production. So it’s a decision that deserves real thought and medical oversight.
3. Enclomiphene is the third option: And in my view, it’s the worst of the three. You’re using a pharmaceutical compound with limited long-term data, potentially interfering with estrogen signaling in ways that blunt the real-world benefits of higher T.
And here’s the part that really puts it in perspective.
Enclomiphene typically raises total T by 100 to 300 ng/dL.
We’re seeing Mojo users hit those same numbers and more, naturally, without blocking estrogen, without interfering with their own production, and without any pharmaceutical compounds.
Here’s one example…

*That’s a 450+ point increase in total testosterone. Just giving the body what it was always missing.
That’s the kind of result Mojo + my system is built to produce.
How far you move depends on where you’re starting, but every guy who runs this system correctly sees their levels climb.
And it starts with Mojo.
- Tongkat Ali keeps testosterone production running even under metabolic stress.
- Boron aggressively reduces SHBG, freeing bound testosterone to become active in your body.
- Zinc, Magnesium, and D3+K2 replenish what the modern environment chronically depletes.
For the complete system, Mojo is just the starting point.
That’s where the MOG Stack comes in.
